At FDukan, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to shop with confidence, and if you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a clear and simple return and refund policy to make things right.

Eligibility for Return & Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • You provide a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery.
  • Items without their original packaging or accessories.
  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or Clearance items (unless defective or incorrect).
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Gift Cards (non-refundable).

Return & Exchange Process

To request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us
    • Reach out via WhatsApp, phone, or email with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Approval
    • Once your request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
  • Shipping Your Return
    • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), we will cover the shipping cost.
    • If it’s a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Exchange
    • If the desired replacement product is available, we will ship it once we receive the returned item.
    • If the product is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or Debit/Credit Card).
  • Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us immediately with your order number, photos, or videos showing the issue.
  • We will quickly resolve the issue by offering a replacement, exchange, or refund.
